Brooklyn Projects Return & Refund Policy

All sales at Brooklyn Projects are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of a manufacturer defect or damage upon receipt.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. Once the defect is confirmed, return the item to us and we will ship a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available a refund will be issued.

Final Sale Items — No Exceptions No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on the following:

  • Exclusive releases
  • Launch products
  • Collaborations
  • Sale items
  • Mystery Boxes
  • Any order placed through automated shopping services or bots

Bot Orders Any order identified as placed through an automated shopping service or bot will be cancelled and charged a 15% restocking and service fee.

Stolen or Undeliverable Orders Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Brooklyn Projects is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages. The security of the delivery destination is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders refused or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will incur a 35% restocking fee.

Return Conditions If a return is authorized by Brooklyn Projects, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn and original condition with all tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A 15% transaction and processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund

Brooklyn Projects reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
